COVID-19 Update from GLM Insurance

While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought a lot of uncertainty and unexpected burdens to our lives, we want you to know that GLM Insurance is taking the proper steps to keep our agency fully functional so we can provide our customers the same exceptional service as always without interruption. We are also committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, GLM Insurance is allowing office visitors by appointment only in our Richmond, VA location until further notice. Visitors who do book an appointment to come into the office must wear a mask. Effective 3/18/2020, we have temporarily changed our business hours to 9:30am to 4:oopm Monday-Friday. Effective 7/7/2020, our business hours will change to 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. We will continue to monitor and respond to this situation as it evolves.

If you need assistance with your insurance policies, need to make a change, or need to make a payment, you have 3 options:

  1. Call our office at 804-358-2108 to speak to one of our licensed agents to help with any policy changes, billing questions, or make payment over the phone.
  2. Visit our Service Center page, find your insurance carrier, and click on “Contact Carrier” for phone numbers and payment links.
  3. Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form to submit a online request. One of our licensed agents will be in touch to review your request.
